Zelma Louise Fones, age 84, of El Reno passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019 in her home in El Reno. She was born Jan 9, 1935 in Lawton, OK to Robert & Albertina King, moving to El Reno after spending time in New Mexico. She married her husband Bernard Fones in 1958, and he preceded her in death. Zelma attended Crossbridge Nazarene Church in El Reno, and was a member of Seneca Women’s Club. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, British shows, and reading mystery novels. Zelma was preceded in death by her 5 brothers Bob, Jim, Ramond, Larry and J.W., and one sister Theresa Peyton. Survivors include her daughters Jerri Westmoreland and husband Lyndal of El Reno and Margaret Webb and husband Doug of Lubbock, TX, and grandchildren Heather and Ryan Webb. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 9, at 10 AM in the Smith & Turner Chapel in Yukon. Friends may sign our online guest book at www.smith-turnermortuary.com.
